DAY-01: YANGON ARRIVAL

Yangon Travel

Upon arrival at Yangon, you, will meet our operation staff after clearing immigration and customs control at Yangon International Airport. Then, transfer to Traders hotel and overnight in Yangon, Myanmar.

 

DAY-02: YANGON HALF DAY SIGHTSEEING

In the morning,take the breakfast at the hotel and rest till to sightseeing time. After lunch, visits Bogyoke (Scott’s) Market where you can find Myanmar traditional products such as slippers, Longyis, souvenir and so on. Then, visit Sule Pagoda, City Halland High Court, and colonial city centre along the strand road by trishaw. 

Resume sightseeing to Botahtaung Pagoda; to see its hollow type, a sort of mirrored maze inside the Stupa and glass showcases containing many of the ancient relics and artifacts and British Residence Area on Anawrahta Road. Evening time, visit China town where selling fresh fruits, flowers and local delicacies at there. Night stay in Yangon.

 

DAY-03: YANGON FULL DAY SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast, early morning take a city circle train for a 1 hour ride through rural areas, stopping at many stations. While you taking the train, you will be see cigarette sellers, betel nut sellers, fortune tellers and ordinary people who are going to their work. It is a great chance to observe the lively and colorful life of rural Burmese people.
Disembark after 1 hour in Insein Township. One of the city's best fresh market is here filled with vendors and colorful items for sale. Spend time walking amid the stalls examining the fruits, produce and meats on sales as well as chatting with friendly locals. After, back to the city center of Yangon by car. Then, visitKandawgyi Gardens and Karaweik boat where you can take a photo among in lush trees and idyllic lake.
In the late afternoon, visit Shwedagon Pagoda; one of the fairest place and most spectacular religious monuments in the world, surrounded by an array of temples, shrines and pavilions. Take your time (until sunset) to be at this truly spectacular and remarkable highlight. Overnight in Yangon.

 

DAY-04: YANGON – MANDALAY SIGHTSEEING

Mandalay Travel

After breakfast, transfer to Domestic Airport for flight to MANDALAY; the centre of Myanmar culture and is a second largest capital of Myanmar.
Upon arrival in Mandalay, transfer to the hotel. Tour sightseeing starting with King’s palace with view from Nan Myint Tower, Kuthodaw Pagoda, Shwenandaw Monastery.Continue to Mahamuni Pagoda and Shwe In Bin Monastary. Then, visit a traditional hand woven silk shop and stone & wood carving (Kyauk Sit Tan near Mahamuni Pagoda) workshop. Enjoy the sunset time at Sunset Point near Ayeyarwady River. In the evening, transfer you to marionette show in Daw Ma Ma Naing. Overnight in Mandalay.

 

DAY-05: MANDALAY – MINGUN – AVA – AMARAPURA SIGHTSEEING

After happy breakfast, morning excursion to Mingun 12km away from Mandalay and a very pleasant boat trip with plenty to see along the Ayeyarwaddy River. Tour Highlights include: unfinished Mingun Paya (built with the intention of being the world's biggest pagoda) and the beautiful Hsinbyume Paya(Myatheindan Pagoda), Mingun Bell, Settawya Pagodawith seven concentric terraces at the base. On the way to the jetty, firstly observe the Gold-leaf pounding workshop in 78th street.
After lunch, next the trip to Inwa (Ava) about an hour and half ride. In Royal Capital of Inwa, Transferred by horse-carts to Nan Myint Watch Tower, the remains of the palace building and Maha Aungmye Bonzan Monastery, built of brick and stucco, Bargayar Monastery, famous for its impressive ornate woodcarvings. Then, drive to Amarapura, An ancient city of Kongboung Dynasty. Spending the sunset time at U Bein Teak Bridge, built in 1782 at the time when Amarapura was the royal capital. Overnight in Mandalay.

 

DAY-06:  MANDALAY – SAGAING – MONYWA SIGHTSEEING

Sagaing Travel Myanmar

Enjoy the breakfast at the hotel. Then, drive to Sagaing Hill over AVA Bridge across the Ayeyarwaddy River. Sagaing Hill is dotted with pagodas and there are over 500 monasteries and meditation centers, its retreat for 6000 monks and nuns. Explore Soon U Ponya Shin Pagoda, U Min Thonse Pagoda at there. Continue the trip to Monywa which is charming town set on the Chindwin River. On the way visit Thanboddhay Pagoda, a huge temple that houses over 500,000 Buddha images. Take a walk through the nearby banyan tree grove Boddhi-Tataung with the thousand Buddha images sitting at the foot of each tree. Enjoy the panoramic view from Lay Kyun Aung Setkya Pagoda, standing 130 meter high on the Po Khaung hills.Night stay in Monywa.

 

DAY-07:  MONYWA – PAKOKKU – BAGAN

After breakfast at the hotel, cross the CHINDWIN RIVER by ferry and proceed 45 km to Phowin Taung, a seldom-visited complex of cave temples and shrines (some dating back to the 15th century) that contain an abundance of Buddha images and some very fine mural paintings. Continue to Pakokku by passing traditional villages where farmers climb the palm trees to extract the juice from which they produce palm tree sugar. Continue by boat across the river to arrive in Bagan at the end of the day. Overnight in Bagan.

 

DAY-08: BAGAN FULL DAY SIGHTSEEING

Bagan Travel Myanmar

After having the breakfast, full day sightseeing is starting with the busy Local Market (Nyaung-U) and continuing with visit to a diverse selection of the most important pagodas and temples such as Shwezigon Pagoda, Kyansittha U-Min; a small tunnel with 13th century mural painting, Wet Kyi-In Gubyaukgyi temple built by prince Rajakuma; son of King Kyansittha, Htilominlo Temple, Aananda Temple; with its four huge standing – Buddha images and numerous seated figures arrange around the interior gallery.
After lunch, bring you to Myinkaba Village for study lacquer ware workshop(Art Gallery of Bagan, Golden Cuckoo or The Royal Golden Elephant). In the evening, sightseeing will be a horse carriage. Visit Manuha Temple andjust for a good view Somingyi Ok-Kyaung before visitingNagayone,an elegant and well-preserved temple, built by King Kyansitthaand Abeyadana Temple with very interesting paintings. Finally, visit Shwesandaw Pagoda to observe a sunset in the vicinity of Bagan's ancient monuments. Night stay in Bagan.

 

DAY-09: BAGAN – MT.POPA – SALE SIGHTSEEING

Enjoy the breakfast at the hotel. Then, drive to Mt. Popa (appr. 1½ hrs drive). On the way visit some villages and watch the collection of juice from the palm trees, and its conversion into palm sugar. Visit the woods of Zee Oh Thit Hla.
Visit the great extinct volcano. Rising out of the shimmering heat, the solitary volcanic crag of Mt. Popa is home to Myanmar's most powerful " nats ". Visit the Nat Museum with its life-sized statues of the 37 Nat Gods. Walk up the steps to the stupas and shrines that top the hill above the museum, seeing many pilgrims along the way. In the afternoon, drive to Sale (appr. 1 ½ hours), a religious centre with many more working monasteries than found in Bagan today. Visit the Payathonzu, with three shrines containing mural paintings and the Yoke Sone Monastery; the oldest surviving wooden monastery in Bagan area.
After sightseeing, return back to Bagan and overnight.

 

DAY-10: BAGAN SIGHTSEEING

Morning breakfast, today sightseeing includes:Mahabodi Pagoda; a resemble of Mahabodi Temple in Bodaghaya. Then visit Nat Htaung Kyaung; a wooden monastery built in 1781 by a group of monks, famous for woodcarvings, a collection of ancient Buddha statues and lacquer boxes. Proceeds sightseeing to Thatbyinnyu Temple; visit nearby Win Family Shop.
Finally visit the massive Dhammayangyi Temple which is noted for its remarkable brickwork. Sunset at Bupaya Pagoda.Overnight in Bagan.

 

DAY-11: BAGAN – HEHO - PINDAYA SIGHTSEEING

Take the breakfast at the hotel. Then, transfer to Nyaung-U Airport depart to Heho. Arrival in Heho, overland to Pindaya by passing the natural beautiful scenery. In Pindaya, visit downtown to observe traditional hand-crafted shan paper and umbrella workshops. And the unique Pindaya cave is await you to explore. You will be see un- countless Buddha Images of different types are exits in there. Overnight at Pindaya.

 

DAY-12: PINDAYA – INLE LAKE SIGHTSEEING.

Inle Travel Myanmar

After breakfast time, directly drive to Nyaung Shwe. En-route, visit Shwe Yan Pyay Monastery to take the photo. When arrive in Nyaung Shwe, take a boat transfer to make check in at Hotel. After check in at the hotel in the lake and take a rest for a while. In the afternoon, make Inle lake excursion. Tour Highlights include; typical floating gardens, local method of fishing, village life and magnificent scenery. Sightseeing begins with the local market in Inle lake region, Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, Nga Phe Chaung Monastery; famous for its jumping cats trained by monks and the weaving village of Inpawkhon. Night stay at Hotel in the lake.

 

DAY-13: INLE – INDEIN SIGHTSEEING

 After having breakfast at the hotel, morning visit local market in the lake region and proceed sightseeing to the Paoh Village of Indeinwhere you’ll tread up a covered stairway to the beautiful Alaung Sitthu area, with its ancient vegetation-covered stupas (especially Inn Thein Pagoda) and magnificent view over the lake. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure, taking in the natural surroundings. Overnight at Hotel in the lake.

 

DAY-14: INLE – KEKKU – HEHO – YANGON

Early breakfast at Hotel. Transfer to Nyaung Shwe Jetty by boat. Nyaung Shwe to Taunggyi. Arrive Taunggyi and visit to Kekku Pagoda Complex ( Hidden for centuries in the wooded hills near Taunggyi, the Kekku Pagoda Complex has pagodas that seem to be from the 16th century, there are 7,622 pagodas ). Then transfer to Heho Airport for flight 14:45 back to Yangon. Overnight in Yangon.

 

DAY-15: YANGON DEPARTURE

 Morning breakfast at the hotel. Then, transfer to Yangon International Airport and make farewell.
