Day 1: Yangon – Pho Kyar Elephant Camp
After breakfast, drive to PhoeKyar Elephant Camp. The driving will be firstly on the Yangon-Mandalay Highway Road for about one hour and then when you reach Thargaya village, turn to the left to drive along the red-earth country road into the BagoYoma Mountain Ranges. After one hour or so, you will arrive at PhoeKyar Elephant Camp. After a rest and refreshing cold drink provided from the hotel, start your Elephant Observation Program; Elephant Show, Elephant Work show in the forest, Elephant ride, and the life of Elephant Trainers called Sin OoZie. Enjoy the jungle life at the Elephant Camp for the whole evening.
Dinner and overnight at PhoeKyar Elephant Camp.
Day 2: Pho Kyar Elephant Camp
Breakfast at the elephant camp. See an elephant show and go on a light trek to a nearby elephant camp where you can meet the handlers and see their way of life. After lunch at the hotel, see elephants bathe and then observe them dragging and arranging logs. Take an hour-long elephant ride in the forest before returning to the resort. Dinner and overnight at the resort.
Day 3: Pho Kyar Elephant Camp – Yangon
Breakfast at the hotel. Depart for Taungoo by car (approximately 1.5 hours). Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in Taungoo. After arriving in Taungoo, go on a sightseeing tour of the town that includes Shwesandaw Pagoda, Myasigone, Kyaungmudaw and Myat Saw Nyinaung. Dinner and overnight at your hotel in Taungoo.
Day 4: Taungoo - Yangon
After breakfast, have a leisurely morning before starting your return drive to Yangon. On the way back, stop at Htaukkyant War Memorial Cemetery, home to the remains of Commonwealth soldiers who gave their lives during World War II. Arrive back in Yangon in the evening and overnight at your hotel in Yangon.
